Instructions

Submission

Submissions are handled through OpenReview. The submission portal will be linked here once it opens (closer to the August 29, 2026 deadline).

  • Length: 4 pages maximum, excluding references and appendices.
  • Review: Double-blind — please anonymize your submission (no author names, affiliations, or identifying acknowledgments).
  • Process: Each paper receives three reviews from our program committee of 40+ confirmed reviewers, with a maximum of three submissions per reviewer.
  • Accepted papers are featured as posters; a selection are also given spotlight talks. All accepted papers are released on OpenReview for community visibility.

Template

Please use the NeurIPS 2026 LaTeX style file (the template will be posted alongside the OpenReview submission link). Submissions should follow standard NeurIPS formatting for page size, font, margins, and section structure.

AI policy

AI-written submissions and AI-generated reviews are not accepted. AI assistance (e.g., for editing or coding support) is permitted, following standard guidelines used at MIT and NYU. Authors are responsible for the content of their submissions.

Non-archival

The workshop is non-archival: authors retain full rights to submit their work to other venues concurrently or in the future. Previously published work is not eligible.
